after delivery my weight is continuing increase. how can I reduce my weight??

It Could be due to thyroid also do you get a thyroid test done because if your weight is increasing rapidly than that could be due to thyroid also so you should consult your doctor and a nutrition expert you can advise you alterations in your diet to lose on your weight
