Q.

after delivery my gyno doctor suggest me to take calcium and iron medicine, is it effect on taste of breast milk?? or any effect to my baby ??

A. no, it will not change breast milk taste. Continue Calcium supplement which is enrich with Vitamin D till you exclusive breastfeeding. Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day.

A. No it won’t affect the taste. Plus through ur milk the baby would also get these important nutrients

A. thank you for reaching out to us this question please note that these are essential supplements and have a long term effect if you do not take them because we do not get all the nutrition that a body has lost during childbirth just through solid food items and hence the supplements are needed so please make sure you do take them and it does not have any effect on the breast milk for your baby
