#asktheexperts Hello dr, I am mother of 4months old baby. can you guide me on post delivery medicine like iron calcium etc let me which I need to continue during breastfeeding or any other that should new mom can take.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, after delivery of you had not taken iron supplement, than continue it for couple of month. Continue Calcium supplement which is enrich with Vitamin D till you exclusive breastfeeding.
Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day.
