A. do some regular exercise like brisk walking for at least half an hour cycling yoga and also you should restrict empty cal and extra cal in your diet which is very important

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
