it is just result of hormonal fluctuation.
so , don't worry,it alright with the time.
just take Healthy diet ,keep your self well hydrated which help to detoxify the skin.
take enough sleep.
try natural things like aloe vera gel, multani mitti, fruits pulp etc on your skin as face pack or mask .
