You may take some healthy foods inbetween your meals as well .. such as vegetable soups , dry fruits and nuts , milk , roasted Makhanas or Bengal gram , seasonal fruits etc . Also foods like dal , millets , cereals , eggs etc would also be helpful

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Consult your doctor for further assistance. Good luck and take care.
