Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. this is common, please take plenty of fluids, water, fibre rich food in your daily diet and consult with your gynaecologist regarding medication for constipation if it is painful or having bleeding

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi mom of your having any supplement post delivery then it can happen. Have lukewarm water every morning and it's good to have warm water throughout the day. Include a banana everyday. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective.
