ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. try to lose weight n eat calcium. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

What Mode of delivery you have had can you please tell me that because with C-section a little bit of back pain is normal because when you have an epidural it happens but if you do Keagle exercises regularly from the beginning itself it does help in releasing the back pain
