after 6 months completion of my delivery am getting heavy back pain what i have to do now

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. the back pain is mostly due to wrong sitting and standing positions during feeding so always have a back support while standing and sitting also do oil massage for a few days which is very beneficial
