A. Hi these all are the postpartum things that a woman has to go through because when you deliver you basically nothing is left into your body in every thing you just taken out in a go you have to eat well have proper supplements to gain strength in the body and postpartum hair fall is also part of it so go ahead with iron supplement and take a good amount of proteins into your daily diet
