A. Hello mom that is going to be their hence have patients and be dedicated , yoga is one of the best ways to control it, also be mindful of what you consume, and prefer to limit fatty foods, sugary as well and refined and processed foods.

A. after delivery belly fat.. restrict the sugar and sweet intake avoid oily and spicy food.. keep yourself well hydrated.. start with exercises as brisk walking ,or yoga or low intense exercises
