after delivery baby 3 half month ki hogi hai .nind se uthate bahot jyada ghabarahat hoti hai kisi bhi bat tens ata ..kya kru konse Dr ko dikhau gync ki psychiatrist

A. hi ji ,jese ki apka body ek major surgery se guzra he , sharir me khun k sath jo poshktatv hote he uski kami ho jati he ,khas kr k vitamin d 3 ,iron ki kami k karan aesa hota he. please calcium k supplements lena shuru kre. din me ek bar ,khas kr subah 10 baje tak me , 20 minutes sunlight le.
