Q.

after delivery am suffering with anxiety..am suffering with negative thoughts and am getting tense..wt can I do for this problem..plz suggest me.. anybody fase this problem???

A. This is post delivery depression which occurs due to change in lifestyle suddenly and you do lack of proper sleep and weakness due to lack of proper nutrition the best treatment to come out through this is to spend more time enjoying with your kid and plan your work According to your comfort. Try to sleep whenever baby is sleeping And have proper nutritious diet along with water intake

A. i would suggest go for a small vacation at a place of your choice. it really helps

A. Yes, It is common among a delivered Lady Give time to your self, Meditate, Yoga try to Release your Fatigue.

See this is basically postpartum depression which is very common with women so you should share your thoughts with your husband or the most trusted person who would listen to you who would understand you and yet if you do not get that kind of support and please consult a psychiatrist they will listen to you will help you medication it’s a very common problem with Women
