Take it one day at a time.
Join mom support groups and vent out if you want to.
You can also meet a therapist.
Buy a pregnancy books which tides you over all these and you can be at ease
Talk it out with someone you can trust.
Preparing ahead and knowing how you are going to handle it does help.

Hello ma’am Try to relax calm down and start meditating on regular basis start reading good books you know which are soothing and will probably come your mind down and you know slowly gradually the negative thoughts will go out and if you still feel that you have too many negative thoughts and anxiety consult your doctor and consult a psychologist or psychiatrist once
