Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Ma’am It is definitely not good because you should have normal regular potty on an every day basis after your delivery also but if you are feeling it is not right there is too much liquid then that’s not good that’s not healthy consult your gynaecologist once again please
