After delivering a baby, how much later do we get periods?

A. when u stop breastfeeding. better keep follow up with a good gynac, do regular scan. strict rest. ni no stress. try to avoid intercourse and take all your supplement daily. all this case need follow up. periods after delivered can be irregular and you need to follow good contraception as well so that u avoid unwanted pregnancy. use options like copper T, ocp etc in this with regularly ok

A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is normal post delivery due to hormonal changes. Few moms get their periods even while breastfeeding and few don't get even after an year. Consult your doctor for further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle
