After C-section I have mild back pain normally.And when I swipe my home I cannot bend alot What should I do?

Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. try to do some back extension exercise it will help you
