Q.
After c section I feel uncomfortable to wear belt is it ok? and I am not having any calcium and iron for the past 3 months is it ok? Since my baby is healthy..

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hello. why such uncomfortable you are feeling.. ? if having pain, irritation, itching at c section scar site consul your doctor. Continue Calcium supplement which is enrich with Vitamin D till you exclusive breastfeeding it's not fir baby's health, it's also fir your health.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello ypu should be taking calcium supplements as long as you are breast-feeding your baby and also in regards to belt wear if comfortable which should not be a problem and iron supplements are to be taken of advised by your doctor which is good for you also
