shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello there normally there is not any hard and fast rule for diet but it is advisable to take the precautions at least 3 months which is the minimum time period even after that if you are physically fit as well as healthy and ready for the thing only then you should go for it because your health is at the first place
