After c section , for me periods cme in 3 months my feeding is being low it is bcos of periods?

more you breastfeed more will be the milk supply
if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight atleast 500 gram per month then feeding is sufficient
