after breastfeeding if baby feed buttermilk is it OK or any side effects

No side effects dear. Mother's milk is easily digestible and it digest right away in comparison to other milk or food.
Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength once baby completes 1 year
