After 6 months of delivery, the breast milk runs out, can I take tablets to increase milk?

A. hello you can take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help and if bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 2 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
