ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. After 5 months, baby should continue to breastfeed exclusively. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Breast milk is nature’s complete food for baby till 6 months. There is no advantage of early introduction of top food.
