after 5and half months after delivery I got my periods. is it normal? and can it be affected to breastfeeding?

A. this is fine you got period after 5months of delivery.. it will not effect the milk supply.. take care of yourself.. have healthy and balanced diet.. keep your self well hydrated.. exclusively breast feed till six months..
