after 45days vaccine my baby got pimple in she's shoulder now that one little bit bigger and pulse is there is it normal.

Yes this is normal.
After taking BCG vaccination this is absolutely normal. Just clean the pus area with soft cotton cloth. If there is no pain then no need to worry. It will be fine on its own in few days. Take care
