There may be laxity of the muscles and fat contain increases. So here calorie restriction, specially for sugar and fat should be there also, do not take excess of carbohydrate. Do regular exercise specially musclegh strengthening which should be gradually increased calorie intake and calorie burn should be noted and accordingly do weight management
