Q.

after 3 month of c section my tummy is very fatty.. if I do some exercises and slowly running is it have been problem.

A. you should consult a doctor first then u can start brisk walking and pelvic strengthening exercises!

No no this is not the right time for you to go ahead with any exercising doctors don’t recommend C-section mothers to go for any kind of an exercise at an early stage because then your stitches can break so it’s better that you have patience right now and go ahead with it and the longer time when it is recommended to go forWrite Your Answer Here
