After 2 month of c section which type of excercise is best for reduce tummy and for weight loss.

A. Hello dear parent! Exercises can be done comfortably only after your body has recovered from delivery stress. Try strenuous exercises after 6 months completion. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
