For hair density increase ,follicle strength castor oil really works ,you can mix castor oil and coconut oil and apply for fast and healthy hair. Meanwhile include protein rich - Dals,milk and dairy products, nuts and seeds powder or dry fruit ladoo,banana,coconut ,egg ,fish in regular meals helps in healthy hair.
