About 2 days i gave p250 5ml on every 6hrs intervals for my 2 yr old baby , her weight is 10.3 this overdose may harm her? yet i dont see any signs of overdosing

A. dear parent medicine quantity and the frequency or interval of giving medicine to your child should be based only as prescribed by the doctor generally for paracetamol a gap of minimum 4 to 6 hours should be maintained
