A reddish-orange stain dot in my 6-month-old's diaper . his activity like feed sleep wet diaper everything was normal then why this happen

Maam red dot can only be associated with blood but we do not want to jump onto a conclusion which is why I’m just going to advise you to wait for some more time and monitor it very carefully if you see that happening again in that case I would recommend you to visit your doctor for further assistance
