A. may be indicates dehydration. no worry. my baby too had this orange spot in his diaper. but it disappears itself by 3days

A. Maam red dot can only be associated with blood but we do not want to jump onto a conclusion which is why I’m just going to advise you to wait for some more time and monitor it very carefully if you see that happening again in that case I would recommend you to visit your doctor for further assistance
