8 months back I had abortion for some reason on that time we were facing some family so care had been taken but now I feel lots of weakness like eye sight weak less energy n all pls suggest

A. Hello mam, please get yourselves examined and also mostly some test would be required such as for HB and thyroid if needed as per doctors consultation to get a proper diagnosis done for it
