Q.

8 month old girl baby she is not eating properly each day is getting difficult to feed her.. she doesn't like fruits veggies cerelac etc.. I'm worried. morning I give ragi and night I give nestum rice. these she takes decently what ever I try different she is not opening her mouth at al

A. please refrain from using salt and sugar for your baby. it's not advisable to give babies salt and sugar till they 1 year old. also personally I have found that changing the food helps, my son tends to get bored too. he loved apples initially but now he doesn't want to see it. try boiled egg yolks if you are a non vegetarian. please keep in mind not to give egg whites to the baby

A. yes I do add pinch of salt when I prepare rice n veggie I do add ghee n jaggery to ragi seri other cerelac foods I give as is.. she doesn't eat fruits or puree..everything is a strong rejection

A. Hello ma’am Are you adding any kind of spices to the food or not because it is important and it is recommended to add proper spices to the food because without property is a child is not going to eat also add salt and other necessary spices to the food as well
