AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. U can eat everything that is cooked at home. Have calcium protein, vitamins minerals rich food. Avoid taking papaya and pineapple during pregnancy.
