A. Namaste Mom You can probably give in small quantities would be fine as jaggery is a better option than using a refined white sugar as such would be used without worries

A. Jaggery And dates can be given to the child once your child is six months complete they are the best sweetness generally to introduce to the child instead of refined sugar and you can continue with them for as long as you can there is no negative impact of eating jaggery
