Can i give jaggery to my 6 month old baby boy?

A. yes you can. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Yeah sure well we know sugar is refined by lot of chemical processes which may be harmful to children even adults. Excess sugar may cause caries and tooth decay in children and unwanted obsetiy. Instead replace with natural sweeteners like jaggery or palm candy.
