can we give jaggery to 6 month old baby

A. no, avoid till 8 month of age. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

A. Yes You can jaggery you can give jaggery and dates it up to the child if you want to add sweetness to the food in any form so you can definitely go ahead with that because sugar is normally not recommended to be given up till the age of one year so these things work really well
