4months old got rash due to dry skin, suggest good product to use on face and neck

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Atogla Cream would be a good option that you can go for because of its one of the safest options when a child has some kind of a rash or something so you can try hopefully that should work for you that’s what I can tell you
