it could be problem of allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics ,heat or sweating or infection.
so please ,keep an eye on your child diet
avoid giving spicy food and citrus fruits for now
stop using any cosmetics
choose Cotton clothes for your child
you can apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it.
