Yes she is .
Give her moderate veg diet.
Don't use packaged and processed food, maida items and excesss sugar and salt
give her more seasonal fruits and probiotics
Let her walk daily.
Make her eat couple of bites less than what she really wants
don't. over feed and force feed her
