my daughter is 2 years7 months old. Her weight is 9.9 kg. last month her weight was 10.3kg. now it is reduced. I am worried about her health

I can understand your concern in general the child is approximately 3 KG underweight right now that’s a decent good enough margin for you to cover up I would advise you to have a full body checkup to check what’s the reason why your child is not gaining weight and what all is needed to be given
