Namaste Mom, Weight gain after the age of 1 is not as rapid as the first year of life as such , they triple by the age of 1 and later double by the age of 5 as such. Give them good quality regular family foods include foods such as ghee, dry fruits nuts and seeds, dals, chana, lobia etc eggs, stuff parantha , chilla etc panner
