4 months post c section I have this dizziness and blurred vision almost everyday Vision becomes normal once I sprinkle water in eyes Doctor suggesting me to take vertin 16. Is it ok during breastfeed? Pls pour in your thoughts on what Iam undergoing.

A. hi it is better to consult your gynecologist for once. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day. take enough sleep maintain good hygiene
