You do have an issue of stomach reflux in this age and poor digestion is also something which is very common to be seen so I’m just going to advise you to continue feeding the child well enough as you are because if the child is active and gaining proper weight despite of vomiting then it is not an issue and if you need you can also take an assistance with your doctor one time
