Yes you can try eating bittergourd. it is an nutritious vegetable
sometimes foods like garlic , strong flavoured foods have smell coming in breastmilk.
Once observe baby's reaction after taking breastmilk after bittergourd is taking. observe if baby rejects or is unaffected, then you can decide.
