Q.

4.5 months post c-section my back hurts a lot especially while sleeping on the back and while trying to change sides. Is this normal or should I seek help of physiotherapist.my legs and calf hurts a lot while sitting down. Not sure if all this is expected after delivery.

A. This usually happens because of epidural that they give into your spine when you are going for a C-section delivery which is why it is common to have back pain I would recommend to do Keagle exercises twice in a day for two months at least on the minimum side it is recommended after C-section delivery that really helps a lot also you can keep a heat pad or a hot water bottle to reduce all the pain
