4.5 mnth baby boy.. In mixed feeding. FM nd bm. Spitting up the milk is still increasing day by day.. Even after burp nd 30 mins later also.. Doc gave drops for reducing spitting up.. But no improvement.. Baby is also gaining weight very less..3.7 kg b. W. Current weight 6 kg WHT to do

A. it could be because of the gastric tissue massage over the stomach of the baby 15 minutes prior to feeding keep the head elevated while feeding and after feeding for 20 minutes for the baby
