3yr boy using left hand for everything and even eating food, is it a concern... also his speech is unclear however he joins 3-4 letters to frame sentences

So what is the problem if the child is using its left hand that’s not clear to me also in India we push our child to use the right hand apart from that it really does not matter whether the child is using the left or the right hand because most of the kids are more dominant with left to begin with
