30 ml means how many tablespoons and how much water required to diluted in 1 scoop of Nan excella pro1

A. hi, 1 tsf is approximately 5l so you can take 6 tsf of water to complete 30 ml count. or may use syringes and droppers to measure water. add 1 scoop of fm powder in 30 ml of water
