3 months old my baby....passes stool more than 7 times...in less amount...like as yellow water...nd like yellow water bubbles...plz tell mi it's reason?

A. Lose motions could be due to number of reasons so it would be good for you to check with your doctor on that they’ll tell you what exactly is the issue and according to that they can advise with the medicines to be used
